Welcome to Rhincrew Cookery School
I have been running these cookery courses here in Youghal Co. Cork for the past
4 years with great success. The feedback I have been given is that the majority
of
people
were
under the
illusion
that entertaining at home was a major headache, which I proved wrong. Men,
women and children told me they were inspired by the simplicity of the recipes
and the delicious tastes.
They also enjoyed the informal setting and atmosphere.From
a very young age I have always loved to cook. My own inspiration came from
my Grandmother
who was a natural born cook and believed in buying fresh food daily.
I have attended many cooking courses over the years including the world renowned
12 week Ballymaloe Certified course .I am also a stall holder at the farmers
markets in the Cork area where I source all my ingredients for my
courses.

a three
course meal in the morning and painting in oils, watercolor and acrylics
